On Sunday June 16th the Currow Cycling and Ladies Football Club’s will come together to host its annual Leisure Cycle. The Cycle is a perfect “Warm UP” for the Ring of Kerry Cycle with 3 Courses on the day over 20 Kilometers, 60 Kilometers and 100 Kilometers. This is the 6th Year of the Cycle and it has attracted big crowds every Year so we would ask you to come out and support the Cycle this year and be part of a great day out.
The Cycle will begin at the Currow Community Centre at 10.am with registration from 9.15 am. The short course goes to Davy Roches Cross, into Castleisland, to Camp Cross, Dysert and back to Currow. The 60 KM course goes via Davy Roches Cross, Castleisland, Tralee, Castlemaine, Firies Cross, Ballyfinane, Currans, Farranfore and back to Currow. The long course goes to Davy Roches Cross, Castleisland, Tralee, Castlemaine, Milltown, The Golden Nugget, Aghadoe, Two Mile School, Firies cross, Ballyfinane, Currans, Farranfore and back to Currow.
